GA. PISTOLS ~ GIRLS' BASKETBALL TRYOUTS
Tryouts for non-high school girls (Grades 3 through 8 grade) will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Holy Innocents Episcopal School in Atlanta, GA. This is competitive basketball. If you need further info email Jack Feagin at gapistol1@gmail.com HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS will tryout on Feb. 26th at 4:00 pm. We will have later tryouts for girls still involved in the State playoffs.

Triple Threat is an organization dedicated to girls’ basketball that started in 2009 allowing an opportunity for girls in middle school to play at a higher level. 2011 was a year of growth going from one team to three, winning the Division II 7th grade Georgia State Championship and sending that team to the National Tournament in Orlando Fl taking the 5th place trophy. In 2010 and 2011, team won the Team Academic Award at the National Tournament. In 2010, team finished 4th in the state, and went to Nationals.
Triple Threat believes in developing basketball players at a competitive level. Triple Threat provides an organized and disciplined environment for players to develop and to maximize individual and team basketball skills, sportsmanship and teamwork. We expect all of our players to demonstrate high academic standards.

Team Forrest Yellow Jackets, one of the premier summer programs in Georgia, will be hosting 2012 tryouts for 10th/11th grade girls in the North Cobb/Cherokee area.
Tryouts will be held Saturday, March 3rd from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at Furtah Prep (Hwy 92 near Wade Green Road).
The team will be coached by a former Georgia Tech men's basketball player.
